ABOUT MT5 ROBOT LAB

MT5 Robot Lab specializes in Forex strategies and configurable Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5, drawing on 15 years of experience in automated trading.

Forex expertise. Different approaches to trading.

From short-term scalping and price-based Renko methods to intraday and swing trading, MT5 Robot Lab explores different ways to translate trading strategies into clear, configurable rules. These approaches have different holding periods, signal structures and risk characteristics. Understanding those differences is the starting point for meaningful research.

The focus is on turning trading ideas into software with clearly defined behavior. An automated system needs more than an entry signal: it also needs explicit exits, position sizing, risk controls and a clear description of the conditions under which it operates.

At MT5 Robot Lab, we build tools for traders who want to understand what they are testing. We explain the strategy behind each robot, the choices available in its configuration and the limitations that matter when evaluating it.

We build the robot. You build the configuration.

There is no single configuration that suits every instrument, broker or market environment. Our approach gives users the ability to research settings and assess the results against their own requirements.

MT5 Robot Lab develops robots around defined strategies and provides baseline backtests as an initial reference. These tests illustrate a particular configuration and its historical behavior; they are not universally optimized settings or a ready-made solution for every trader.

Detailed configuration and optimization are left to the user. You adapt the inputs to your instrument, broker, trading style and risk requirements, then compare results and validate your choices on unseen data and demo. The software provides the framework; your research determines the configuration.

Experience without profit promises

Fifteen years of experience in automated trading informs the approach to strategy design and software development. It does not guarantee that any strategy or configuration will be profitable. Trading outcomes depend on market behavior, data, costs, execution and the settings used.

We present historical results as examples tied to a particular test. Readers should consider drawdown, trade count and testing assumptions alongside profit. A favorable historical result is a reason to investigate, not a promise about the future.

A transparent research process

Our product documentation explains the intended entry and exit logic, configurable filters and risk controls. Where source materials are available, we provide original test reports and explain their scope. We distinguish documented features from behavior that has been independently reproduced or verified.

We also state release readiness clearly. A published product page can describe a robot while runtime checks, preset compatibility, licensing or delivery are still being prepared. The product page is the reference for its current status.

Learn the method before choosing the tool

Our website connects three parts of the research process. Trading Strategies explains complete methods. Strategy Lab covers chart construction, risk and MT5 testing. Robot Library presents the corresponding software, settings, example evidence and pricing.

This connection helps you move from understanding a method to evaluating a specific implementation. It also makes the differences between an educational example, a historical test and a software product visible.
