Terms of Use

EA LAB / LEGAL

Version 1.0 · Updated 8 October 2026

Terms for using ea-lab.dev, its educational materials and trading software information.

1. Operator, scope and contact

EA LAB / MT5 Robot Lab is operated by aRCadeRally S.C., Idzikowice 23K, 46-113 Wilków, Poland. NIP: 7521471639; REGON: 544500661. Contact: ea@ea-lab.dev.

These terms describe permitted use of the MT5 Robot Lab website at ea-lab.dev and its materials. Contact: ea@ea-lab.dev. They are not a substitute for the seller identification, purchase terms, license, delivery information and consumer notices required before a paid order. A product page or listed price alone does not confirm that a product is released or available for purchase.

2. Software and education, not personal advice

Articles, videos, diagrams, example settings, test reports and software descriptions provide general educational or technical information. They are not individualized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell a financial instrument, a suitability assessment, or a promise that a strategy is appropriate for you. MT5 Robot Lab does not manage your broker account or place discretionary trades on your behalf.

You independently decide whether to trade, which instruments and broker to use, and how to configure and run any software. If you need personal financial, tax or legal advice, consult an appropriately qualified adviser.

3. No guaranteed trading outcome

No profitability, minimum return, recovery of losses, maximum drawdown, uninterrupted operation or future performance is promised. Historical, hypothetical, optimized and demo results can differ materially from live trading. Illustrations explain a method; they are not proof of achievable returns. Read the risk disclosure and trading disclaimer before using trading software.

4. Your configuration and account security

Before live use, read the documentation, check the supported platform and version, and test on historical data and a demo account. Select position sizes and risk limits you understand. Monitor execution, open positions and account exposure; use your broker or platform controls to stop automated trading when necessary.

You are responsible for settings you choose, permissions you grant, your broker relationship and credentials, and maintaining your device, connection and trading environment. Do not send passwords, account access codes or payment credentials to our support contact. These responsibilities do not excuse a failure by us to meet an applicable contractual or legal obligation.

5. Technical and third-party dependencies

Execution depends on market conditions, liquidity, price feeds, broker specifications and restrictions, platform behavior, spreads, commissions, slippage, swaps, connectivity and hardware or VPS availability. Stop orders and software safeguards may not fill at the requested price or limit every loss. Third-party names and links do not imply affiliation, endorsement or a guarantee from their owners.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

You may read and use publicly available materials for your own learning and link to their original pages. Except where a license or applicable law allows otherwise, do not copy and resell our original materials, redistribute licensed software, share license keys, remove ownership notices or bypass licensing controls. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. The license supplied with a software product governs its permitted installations and use; these website terms do not grant a software license.

7. Liability and its limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MT5 Robot Lab is not responsible for investment losses, missed opportunities or lost profits that arise from market movements, your independent trading decisions, settings you select, or failures of a third-party service outside our reasonable control. We do not undertake to reimburse ordinary trading losses merely because our materials or software were used.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, deliberate misconduct, or liability for our own failure to provide software or services as required by an applicable contract or law. It is not a waiver of claims for a defect or non-conformity for which we are legally responsible. An acknowledgement of trading risk does not remove those rights.

8. Paid products, complaints and withdrawal

Before any paid order, the seller must provide its legal identity, address and required registration details, total price and taxes, delivery conditions, technical requirements, license terms, support arrangements and applicable complaint and withdrawal information. Information agreed for an order remains applicable to that order.

Contact ea@ea-lab.dev with a complaint, identifying the product or page, version, problem and order reference if relevant. Include useful error details without credentials or unnecessary personal data. Mandatory remedies for non-conforming digital content remain available. Trading losses alone do not establish that software is defective, and a disclaimer alone does not establish that software conforms to its contract.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it remains available unless the legal conditions for an exception are satisfied. Immediate delivery of digital content does not automatically remove that right: any required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation must be obtained through the purchase process. Reading these terms or downloading a publicly available file is not treated as that consent.

9. Website availability and changes

We may correct, update or remove educational materials and perform maintenance. No continuous website availability or indefinite updates are promised unless separately agreed or required by law. Material changes to these terms will be identified by an updated date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order.

10. Mandatory rights and disputes

These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court, waive statutory consumer protection, or override mandatory rules applicable to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent allowed by law. Contact us first to seek a practical resolution; this does not prevent you from using legal remedies or applicable consumer dispute-resolution procedures.
